N2 - We have studied the magnetic phase diagrams of the dense Kondo compounds CeB6 and Ce0.5La0.5B6 by the use of low temperature ultrasonic measurements. In CeB6 long range ordered states were observed. On the contrary, a crossover from the ordinary Γ8 ground state to the Kondo singlet state has been found in Ce0.5La0.5B6.
