抄録

An attempt has been made to combine resource chains and primary innovation in high technology fields. Alloy materials from urban mines are discussed as a new type of rare metal resource. Recovering niobium from ferroniobium and Nb-Ti superconducting alloy via chloride methods has been studied. The production process of alkoxides from alloy resources has been investigated. Ultra fine Nb2O5 powder was produced by hydrolysis of alkoxides and some properties of the powder are evaluated.
