The film thickness dependences of Cooperon lifetime τε and spin-orbit scattering time τso are investigated experimentally by using the weak localization method. The samples are MBE-grown n-doped InAs films of various thicknesses and with the same material parameters. All the films can be considered as quasi-two-dimensional films. τε increases linearly with thickness, and τso depends only slightly on thickness. This result confirms the Cooperon lifetime theory of Alts.
