Thermal agitation of magnetization and recording performance of Co(B)/Pd superlattice perpendicular recording media

抄録

Superlattice medium is one of promising candidates for high density perpendicular recording media. In the present study, thermal agitation of magnetization and recording performance were discussed for Co(B)/Pd superlattice perpendicular recording media as a function of Co or CoB layer thickness, δCo or DCoB. The total superlattice thickness is 10-14 nm.
