抄録

A data storage system based on scanning nonlinear dielectric microscopy and thin films of ferroelectric single-crystal lithium tantalite is disussed. Ultrahigh-density bit storage was found be performed at a data density of a Tbit/in2 using the 70 nm congruent lithium tantalate (CLT). It was found that through domain engineering, nanosized inverted domain dots were formed at a data density of 1.50 Tbit/in2.
