Simultaneous multipoint measurement of nucleation and dissolution

抄録

We achieved image-based simultaneous multipoint analysis of crystal nucleation and dissolution induced by temperature rise / lowering in isolated aqueous containers. In this paper, crystallization / dissolution of KNO3 at 71 microwells has been observed and analyzed based on image-processing, where time-course of each well's brightness was recorded from the movie. This method enables quantitative study on crystallization-condition optimization.
