Rock stress measurements by the conical-ended borehole technique using the compact overcoring

抄録

The conical-ended borehole technique, which is one of stress relief method, is presented as well as the continuous strain monitoring system with the compact overcoring operation. Demonstrating case example of the multiple times stress measurement in a single borehole, it is discussed that the conical-ended borehole technique is effective for in-situ rock stress measurement.
