抄録

The radiofrequency (RF) thin-film permeability measurements in a travelling electromagnetic field were presented. A permeameter utilizing travelling electromagnetic field mode and a shielded-loop type planar pickup coil was proposed. The three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation had revealed that the electric field difference is negligible between the normal and the flux-saturated measurements.
