Preparation of CuO-SnO2 nanocrystalline powders and study of its gas sensitive effect on CO2

抄録

CuO doped SnO2 nanocrystalline powders were prepared by the Sol-Gel method, treated in different temperature. The characteristics of the powders which had different concentrations were investigated by DSC-TG, XRD, TEM, show that the powders was nanocrystalline. This powder was used to manufacture gas sensor and its gas sensitive effect on carbon dioxide had been measured. SnO2 gas sensors doped 50 mol% CuO had high sensitivity for detecting CO2.
