抄録
A 44-year-old male demonstrated a right renal tumor and was operated on one year after he had undergone surgical excision of a pleural fibrous tumor. The subsequent renal tumor was confirmed to be an angiomyo lipoma which had extended over the fibrous capsule. It is suggested that there may have been some relationship between these two mesenchymal tumors.
