Optical properties of distributed feedback microcavities with exciton resonance

抄録

The optical properties of one dimensional patterned distributed feedback microcavities with strong exciton-photon coupling were investigated using a theoretical model. Polaritonic crystal was used as a dispersive material in the microcavity. The dependences of the transmission on the angle of incidence and polarization of the incoming light and grating period were calculated. The results of the theoretical model agreed well with the experimental data.
