Optical frequency sweeper using a tunable injection-locking filter with transient response compensation

抄録

An optical frequency sweeper was studied using a tunable injection-locking filter (TILF) with transient response. The TILF utilizes injection locking in a tunable laser and shows narrow-passband optical power regeneration with little signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR) degradation. The results showed that more than 4000 optical frequencies can be generated by an optical frequency sweeper with high SNR.
