From the NMR shift, K_SPIN and nuclear relaxation time, T₁ of Cu-NQR/NMR in Sr₁₄Cu₂₄O₄₁, the energy gaps in the spin excitation spectrum are confirmed in the both Cu chain and ladder site. Doping effects by substitution of Sr by Ca and Y are also investigated.
