抄録

The soft magnetic properties of the nanocrystalline Fe-M-B (M = Zr, Hf, Nb) based alloys "NANOPERM™" have been studied with special emphasis on the low frequency properties. NANOPERM™ exhibits high saturation induction (Bs) above 1.5 T, excellent soft magnetic properties and sufficiently small magnetostriction, simultaneously. NANOPERM™ ribbons can be produced in an Ar stream with no vacuum chamber (Ar stream technique) even it contains the M elements with high oxidation activity. The Ar stream NANOPERM™ ribbons are expected to be applied to power electronic devices such as power transformers because of their high Bs, and low core losses.
