Mesoscopic transport in carbon nanotubes: Novel features

We report on novel mesoscopic transport features in carbon nanotubes. First, giant fluctuations of magnetotransport fingerprints are analyzed in boron-doped carbon nanotubes. Depending on the energy of charge carries and applied magnetic field transport regime can be tuned from ballistic-like to strongly diffusive, with a superimposed unbalanced contribution of quantum interference effects. Second the role of electron-phonon dephasing on conductance scaling is studied.
