Microwave radiation in the GHz is increasingly being used in telecommunication and data processing. However, this has given rise to electromagnetic wave interference (EMI). Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite film was prepared by aerosol deposition method (ADM) depending on its capability as an absorber or a conducted noise suppressor in the quasi-microwave frequency range. The ADM is a kind of high-speed coating method. The film thickness of 7 μm was obtained by the deposition for 4 min and the rate was estimated at 2.8 μm/min. The saturation magnetization of the film was 6.33×10-5 Wb m/kg and the coercivity was 0.94 kA/m. This value was nearly equal to that of sintered sample. The maximum complex permeabilities μ′ and μ″ were 200 and 70. The resonance frequency fr=200MHz was over Snoek's limit.
