N2 - Zinc tetraphenyl porphyrin (ZnTPP) molecules were transferred from a ZnTPP-containing polymer tablet to a poly(methyl methacrylate) film by laser irradiation. After irradiation the absorption and fluorescence spectra of the film indicated the formation of molecular aggregates of ZnTPP. The laser shot number dependence of the spectra and the surface morphology of the film revealed that the depositions of ZnTPP were formed by the first laser pulse at the film surface and diffused into the target polymer by further laser irradiation.
