Integrated multi beam spectroscopy with embedded precise optics

This paper reports the integrated dual beam photothermal spectroscopic device with embedded precise conventional optics. We have integrated lithography lenses, a fluidic channel and embedded precise conventional prisms. The embedded prisms were utilized for input or output ports of the excitation and probe beams. In the chip, the beams were focused by the lithography lens and crossed at a controlled angle in the fluidic channel. Performance of the device was tested by calibrating dye solutions.
