N2 - Two cases of incidentally found ganglioneuroma are reported. Case 1 was a 56-year-old man with flank pain and nausea. CT revealed a low-intensity mass at the right adrenal region. The tumor was high-signaled on a T2-weighted image of MRI. Hormonal examinations revealed normal results, except for plasma noradrenaline which was slightly increased to 0.51 ng/ml. The tumor was proved to be of an extra-adrenal origin on surgical exploration. Case 2, a 55 year-old man, was found to have a right adrenal tumor by ultrasonography during his annual health check. The tumor was high-signaled on a T2-weighted image of MRI with a low intensity on CT. Hormonal examinations revealed normal results. It was verified during surgery that the tumor had originated from the adrenal gland.
