N2 - The sensitivity of high-frequency carrier type thin-film magnetic field sensor was enhanced by using carrier suppression technique. The change in the amplitude and the phase sensitivity was observed when the external dc field deviated from the bias point. The sensitivity was enhanced by reducing the phase noise floor down below the thermal noise of -174 dBm at room temperature through the carrier suppression technique.
