抄録

Four patients with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension underwent lung transplantation after failure of epoprostenol therapy. They were all female and the average age was 26 years at the time of transplantation. Cardiopulmonary function of three patients improved after surgery and they were successfully rehabilitated and are doing well without oxygen inhalation therapy. One patient died due to early graft dysfunction.
