Electromagnetic induction and Hall effect were attempted to measure the field intensity up to the high magnetic field region produced by water-cooled resistive magnets and hybrid magnet systems. The world's highest steady magnetic field of 31. 1 T at Tohoku University was ensured by an absolute measurement using a stational inductive pick-up probe and a precision numerical integration system. The basic measurement error was estimated to by less than 0. 1% from the comparison with results of NMR magnetometer. Hall probes were calibrated by comparing with the induction method, and have been used for the conventional field intensity measurement.
