N2 - Ferroelectric-based functional pass-gate for fine-grain pipelined VLSI computation was discussed. In Ferroelectric-based logic element, the storage and switching functions were merged into a single FE capacitor. Results showed that in functional pass-gate, any logic circuits with distributed storage elements were implemented compactly.
