We are very grateful to Dr. H. Yamagami for a helpful discussion. We have utilized a 17T superconducting magnet at Cryogenics Center, University of Tsukuba. We are grateful to Prof. R. Yoshizaki for his kind support. This work was supported by a Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research from the Mimstry of Education, Science and Culture in Japan and also by University of Tsukuba Project Research.

N2 - From the angular dependence of the de Haas-van Alphen frequency, UPd3 is found to consist of closed spherical Fermi surfaces and multiply connected ones. The cyclotron masses are in the range (0.5-3.6)m0.
