Crustaceans belong to arthropods shared with segmented body plan and chitinous exoskeletons. On the other hand, in molluscs which is separated into three classes, bivalves, gastropods and cephalopods, their soft body is covered by two or one hard calcareous shells in bivalves and gastropods or possess only vestiges of a shell in cephalopods in general. In this chapter, endocrine regulation of reproduction from sex differentiation through spawning in decapod crustaceans and molluscs are reviewed.
