抄録

The interactions between electron and nuclear spins were discussed using the resistance (R_xx) peak developed near the Landau-Level filling factor ν = 2/3 as probe. It was found that the R_xx peak regenerated even after complete depletion (ν_temp = 0), while it rapidly relaxed on either side of ν_temp = 1. The results indicated that the ν = 2/3 domain morphology was memorized by the nuclear spins which were rapidly depolarizable by Skyrmions.
