Design of shopper support function by cooperation of agent-based IoT devices

The labor shortage for human life support is approaching epidemic proportions in the world. To resolve manpower shortage of the service industry, various Internet of Things (IoT) Devices that support a specific job are introduced (e.g, shopping mall). If they can combine each other, it is possible to improve a support service for a shopper and also provide a new service. We propose a mechanism to provide new support services for shoppers by combining various IoT devices with suppressing influence to their regular jobs. This paper describes concept of agent-based IoT (AIoT) and design of this mechanism, and we introduce a prototype system.
