N2 - A thin fiber-optic probe was designed and fabricated for endoscopic fluorescence imaging using the speckle-illumination and compressed sensing. The fiber-optic probe was composed of bundled multi-mode fibers, which generated structured illumination and collected fluorescence signal from the sample. The fluorescence image reconstruction by inserting the fiber probe into the biopsy channel of a conventional colonoscope was also demonstrated.
