Background-free optical detection with alternative comb electrode

抄録

A background-free optical detection method utilizing alternative comb electrodes is proposed. In this method, alternative comb electrodes in the microfluidic device are used as a diffraction grating. To validate the principle of this new detection method, we observed the half-integer order (0.5th, 1.5th, 2.5th etc.) diffraction spots which appears after electrodeposition of Cu.
