Anisotropic microwave complex conductivities in λ-(BEDT-TSF) 2FeCl4

抄録

The microwave conductivities σ1 and dielectric constants ε1 at 44.5 GHz reveal that the quasi two-dimensional conducting plane is highly anisotropic. In the anomalous metallic state at TMI (= 8.3 K) < T < TFM (= 70 K), ε1c along c amounts to the order of 103 and σ1 c becomes more resistive than the dc conductivity. The dispersion in σ1c and ε1c below T MI comes from the collective modes due to the charge degrees of freedom.
