N2 - We have successfully developed a triode structure with a gate electrode under a planar cathode using highlycrystalline single-walled carbon nanotubes as field emitters. The cathode has been fabricated with the ink dispersed the carbon nanotubes and achieved to obtain the homogeneous planar electron emission.
