N2 - A 65-year-old female was referred to our department, because left renal tumors had been found during the examination of the right breast cancer. Imaging studies showed three left renal angiomyolipomas which were 7 cm, 3 cm, and 2 cm in a diameter. Taking account of the possibility of spontaneous rupture of the tumors and the difficulty of emergency care, preventive and selective transcatheter arterial embolization was performed after the operation and adjuvant chemotherapy for the right breast cancer, although the tumors had been asymptomatic.
