Wave packet dynamics in the spin torque transfer

Abstract

We investigate the time evolution simulation of the spin torque transfer based on the spin polarized electron wave packet in the impurity Anderson model. The time dependence of the spin expectation value of the local spin site can be interpreted in terms of two site electron problem. The high energy contribution such as charge fluctuation appears in the dynamics of the spin torque transfer.
