Abstract
A microscopic calculation for the charge distribution in the single vortex state in type II superconductors is presented, in which the charge screening effect is microscopically incorporated within linear response of the scalar potential. The Poisson equation is numerically solved with the Bogoliubov-de Gennes equation in the single vortex state, and the charge screening inside the core is clarified. The Coulomb interaction between core electrons induces the oscillations in the charge distribution inside the vortex core.
