Abstract

We developed a high-speed chemical imaging sensor which can visualize the distribution of redox potential in electrolytic specimens. Propagation of chemical waves in the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction was successfully observed. This sensor would be useful for dynamic analysis of spatio-temporal pattern formation phenomenon in chemical systems.
