Abstract
Ultrafast photo-induced shift of transmission dip in distributed feedback cavity with exciton resonance was demonstrated. A layered perovskite semiconductor was embedded in the grating structure on the quartz plate and was covered by the polystyrene layer. Results indicated that blue shift occurred within 200 fs and recovered in a 10 ps time scale. The blue shift was attributed to the reduced coupling between the exciton and the guided wave mode.
