Abstract

The lifetime of stumulated emission from the singlet MLCT of Ru complex adsorbed on SnO2 nanocrystal was measured under applied biases in order to estimate the interfacial charge separation rate. Unnegligible numuber of excited electrons are injected directly from the singlet MLCT state before they relax to triplet state.
