Abstract
The development of a granulomatous renal mass is a rare, but potentially serious sequelae that occurs in patients received BCG-therapy for bladder cancer. The patients showed multiple granulomas, and some of them expansively growed outside of kidneys. On dynamic study, masses showed gradual enhancement and were less enhanced compared with normal renal parenchyma. Masses showed hyperintensity on T2WI, hypointensity on T1WI, and hyperintensity on DWI. Knowledge of this disease will help radiologist to suggest appropriate management and avoid unnecessary procedures.
