Abstract
The treatment and management guideline for Parkinson disease (PD) was revised based on new findings and published in 2011. The clinical questions and answers-format was accepted in this new guideline for the convenience of busy clinicians. For the early treatment of PD, the agonist first algorhythm was not changed, but at the same time, it was emphasized that the under-treatment of motor symptoms should be avoided. For the treatment of motor complications, several new drugs were added and classified. Recent progresses in the management of non-motor symptoms were described in more detail.
