N2 - A semiconductor pH sensor utilizing the pH-dependent change in the flatband potential, E//f//b, of a TiO//2 single crystal electrode has been developed. In order to determine the values of E//f//b, Mott-Schottky plots of the electrode were made under varying frequencies, pH and electrolyte concentration in the temperature range 298-423 K.
