Abstract
Current-voltage characteristics are measured in the novel density wave phase of the organic conductor α-(BEDT-TTF)2KHg(SCN)4. Non-linearity of the conductance is observed and the threshold electric field ET is found to increase with magnetic field. We found that the magnetic field dependence of ET(H) and the value of ET(0) have relation to the magnitude of the magnetoresistance.
