Abstract

Optical reflectivity of a semiconductor superlattice is calculated numerically for the Thue-Morse model which is characterized by the inflation rule A→AB and B→BA. The self-similarity, nested structure and the local inversion symmetry of the spectrum are analyzed by the use of the exact expression of the structure factor.
