Abstract

The interaction parameter (χs) between a block copolymer thin film and a substrate was estimated by SCF simulation and Transmission Electron Microtomography (TEMT). A poly(styrene-block-isoprene) (SI) block copolymer thin film exhibits cylindrical microdomain structure was obtained by TEMT. SCF simurations were carried out under the condition of the system size obtained experimentally and various χs.
