Abstract

A study was performed on the temperature control of shape memory alloy (SMA) artificial anal sphincter. The temperature control of SMA was successfully done by controling the output power automatically using the thermosensitive magnetic ferrite. The temperature dependence of the transmitted electric power was also elaborated.
