Abstract
A nanoparticle-type of cobalt hexacyanochromate, K0.19I CoII [CrIII (CN)6]0.73 · 4.5 H2 O (particle diameter = 8 ± 2 nm) is prepared in Nafion. The nanoparticles show the superparamagnetism with blocking temperature (TB) of 8.5 K and an anisotropy energy barrier of 190 K. Magnetic hysteresis loops are observed below TB, e.g. 1.2 kOe at 2 K.
