    Abstract

    An organic-inorganic hybrid amorphous molecular material; carbazole-substituted double-decker-shaped silsesquioxane (DDSQ4Cz) was synthesized, and an organic light-emitting diode was fabricated using the spin-coated DDSQ-4Cz film as a hole transport layer.
