Abstract
Two new molecular-based charge-transfer salts of bis(ethylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene have been prepared, that is (BEDT-TTF)3Fe(CN)6·4H2O and (BEDT-TTF)4Fe(C2O4)3K·PhCl. Their crystal structures and physical properties have been investigated. Their structures consist of conducting columns of BEDT-TTF and magnetic 1D or 2D networks containing Fe(III) ions connected by cyano- or oxalate-bridges. The d-π interactions are discussed.
