Abstract

The surface acoustic wave (SAW) fields excited by interdigital electrodes were calculated for three different aperture angles to verify the propagation of three beam shapes of SAWs. Based on the calculated acoustic waves including bulk acoustic waves (BAWs), the response of the ball SAW device was analyzed.
