Abstract
A wavelength-tunable duplex integrated light source with thermal drift compensators is developed. Thermal-transient induced wavelength drift of the distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) lasers (LDs) and thermal crosstalk between the DBR-LDs are effectively suppressed using the integrated sensors.
