Superfluorescence from a dense electron-hole plasma in pulsed high magnetic fields

Abstract

We have observed intense and coherent superfluorescent emission from a highdensity electron-hole plasma in semiconductor quantum wells in high magnetic fields up to 30 T by developing a unique magneto-optical system with a table-top mini-coil pulsed magnet.
